The quality of power distribution plays a critical role in the sonic performance of any HiFi system. Ground loops, interference caused by low-grade power strips, or unstable contact resistance can measurably and audibly degrade the signal — especially in sensitive components such as tube amplifiers, DACs, or high-end CD players.

The Deluxe Power Strip Alu-8 offers a robust, low-loss solution for stable power distribution in audiophile setups. Its aluminium housing not only provides mechanical durability but also serves as effective shielding against electromagnetic interference. The eight black Schuko sockets are rotated by 45°, allowing for clean and accessible cable management — even large plug-in power supplies or angled connectors fit easily thanks to the generous 44.45 mm spacing, without obstructing each other.

The 2-meter supply cable (H07RN-F3Gx1.5 mm²) ensures reliable power delivery even under continuous load. The VDE-certified Schuko plug (CEE7/III) guarantees safe and standards-compliant connection to the mains. Rated at 16 A and 250 V AC, the strip supports a maximum load of 3680 W — suitable even for multi-component systems with high power demands.

Thanks to its universal mounting options and the included brackets, the Alu-8 power bar can be flexibly and securely installed — in a rack, under a desk, or mounted on a wall. The IP20 ingress protection rating permits indoor use, while the IK00 impact resistance provides basic mechanical protection.
